A lovely boxed Chambord Classic teapot by Bodum.

It’s colour no 17, gold.

Model number 11656.

Ideal for loose teas – inner removable filter.

Large capacity – 1.3 litres or 44oz.

Heat tempered glass – like pyrex – with gold coloured steel trim and black plastic handle.

Apx 10 years old.

Made in Portugal for Bodum Switzerland.

Not suited to a dishwasher.

23cm longest x 17cm diameter large semi-circle. 16.5cm tallest.

Good useable condition. With box.

JAJ Pyrex candle warmer stand 422 906 in box, vintage 60s, tea/coffee pot holder

A vintage round candle warmer stand by JAJ Pyrex (James A Jobling), England.

It’s silver coloured metal with black hard plastic legs, and is designed to hold a Pyrex glass tea or coffee pot.

As you can see on the original box, the stand is model number 422 906.

Designed to hold a tealight type candle.

Circa 1960s vintage.

It’s in very good condition.

Original retro box is aged but good as you can see.

Stand is 5″ wide and designed to take a coffee pot up to 4.5″ wide. 5cm tall.

A lovely chunky original vintage studio pottery teapot or coffee pot.

Handmade – wheel thrown and hand decorated and formed and decorated.

Simple vertical striped design.

A stoneware type heavy pottery/clay.

By Tremar, Cornwall and circa 1970s vintage.

A decent 800ml or 1.5 pint capacity.

Feature square spot, chunky lid and areas of glazed and unglazed.

Shades of deep brown, almost black, mossy green/grey, with natural biscuit finish.

See pics.

Stamped to base with maker’s name.

Internally there’s no filter to stop a teabag – a tea or coffee pot.

Very good with no signs of use/age. Probably unused. Sturdy.

15.5cm tall x 11cm diameter.

Retro 1970s Fred Roberts Japan round tile cheese board, lemon cutting bar +knife

A super cutting board for a vintage cocktail bar – designed more for cutting lemons, cherries, leaf sprigs etc.

Round white ceramic tile with stylised 1950s barware graphic.

Graphics are black and gold metallic on white.

Wood surround with inset groove for original knife.

The wooden board is a composite wood with a teak looking upper.

It has four rubber feet to the base.

No maker’s marks, but these were made by Fred Roberts Co, Japan in the 1970s.

Knife is stylised too – nice shape with central brass band.

Stainless steel (foreign made) and wooden handle.

24 x 19.5 x 2cm.

Knife is 17.5cm long.

All good with no chips to the tile and no big splinters to the wood.

A super West German Pottery handmade cup and saucer.

Possibly by Dumler and Breiden though I can find any like it.

Pale yellow matt glaze with glossy black fat lava bubbly strip on each piece.

Handmade – likely wheel thrown rather than moulded.

Pottery/clay construction.

Circa 1970s.

Lightly textured to the bubbles with dripping yellow and black.

14cm saucer, 8.2cm tall cup.

Very good, just one tiny nibble to the rim shown in photos.

Seated hand painted brown and off-white cat with egg cup to his back.

Blue eyes and details to the face.

Signed Q to the base.

Hornsea Pottery Saffron Flour jar, ceramic storage canister. Retro vintage 1974

A lovely Hornsea Saffron large round FLOUR storage jar.

John Clappison design, British made.

Stamped with the Hornsea logo on the base and date stamp of 1974.

Shades of reddy tan, orange, golden light brown over a cylindrical ceramic/pottery form.

The jar is good condition, clean.

A small nick to the upper shoulder/ridge line, with three tiny fleabites there and a little related crazing.

The wooden lid is original vintage and is very good for the age, original inner seal doesn’t seal.

Good for display, use and for your retro kitchen!

Large – 21cm tall with lid on, 15.5cm diameter.

No larger chips or cracks.

Dartington Pottery Janice Tchalenko abstract art stoneware mug, blue red cup

A super Dartington Pottery studio art pottery mug by Janice Tchalenko.

She designed many pieces for Dartington Pottery during the 1980s and this is likely 80s-90s vintage.

A wheel thrown pottery/stoneware glazed mug, lightly flaring.

It’s hand decorated with an abstract blocks of colours in red and blue over a slight pink and with some black lines.

All very abstract with great colours – unsure of the name of the range.

Dartington stamp to the baseline.

Circa 1980s-1990s vintage.

Very good with no chips.

Unused.

Internally there’s a very fine line but it’s not a crack (pic 4).

Robert Welch Victor blue cast iron oval double vintage food warmer, tea light

A vintage Robert Welch design ‘table heater’, made by Victor Cast Ware, Telford.

Designed in 1988, this is probably from that late 1980s era. Made from solid cast iron and coated in glossy blue (stove enamelled cast iron). Designed to hold two tealight candles below, with two raised adjoining flat rounds above – ideal for keeping warm a couple of pans or serving dishes for the dining table. Four legs, and stamped with “R.Welch Design” to the base.

37.5 x 19.5 x 6cm (long and low). Weighs apx 2.9kg… very heavy solid iron.

Vintage condition but good for use and as a splash of colour.

Please see photos – it has small surface marks and signs of use and age.

Fully functional, great as a prop or for a table centre.

Roselle Midwinter vintage salt and pepper pots shakers, blue flower 1960s 1970s

A vintage salt and pepper shaker from Midwinter’s Roselle range – circa 1968-1972.

Designed by Eve Midwinter, simple cylinder shapes with little blue and green flower decor.

Salt (taller) is great. 10cm tall.

Pepper has crazing which means it has some age and discoloured spots. 8cm.

Both have original stoppers – which work well.
