A super art print by Helena Concaric.
I’ve not been able to find anything about the artist (her name is taped to the back).
Presumably this is native Australian, Aboriginal, certainly in that style.
It depicts a bird, stylised in black ink.
I can’t tell if it’s a print or an original drawing – hence the close up photos for you to decide.
The black ink has bled in a few places so has browner patches.
The drawing is on a sheet of paper which has been mounted and framed.
Of some vintage.
The paper with the print on is 19.5 x 15cm.
Nicely mounted with a cream card mount.
And framed with glass in a simple slim black wood frame.
Frame size is 40.5 x 33cm x 1.2cm.
Good condition.
The frame has some small marks.
The inner paper with the drawing on has slipped very slightly.
Hanging wire to the reverse and old mounting paper.
All black and cream – so great for a neutral, minimal, retro or mid century home.
