A lovely art glass life-sized apple paperweight…
Isle of Wight Studio Glass and probably from the Summer Fruits range, rather than Meadow Garden.
Though I can’t find the colour combination named online.
Circa 1990s, either by Timothy Harris or Elizabeth Harris.
The skilfully mouth blown solid glass apple has a golden base with golden speckling, with a slight iridescent hue, and pale and darker pink random enamel spots.
Flat base with slight frosting.
Roughly 7.5cm wide x 7cm tall.
Very good condition with stalk intact.
No maker’s marks.
