A super art glass dish, by Paul Kedelv for Flygsfors, Sweden, from the Coquille range.
Signed to the base with ‘Coquille’ and ‘Flygsfors 59’… so mid century Swedish from 1959.
Distinctive colourings – hot pink with a purple inner, both floating colours, with a ring of opaque white, then cased in clear glass. A beautiful shape with a gentle scoop up, all very tactile. It’s a small example – 12.5cm x 8.5cm wide x 5cm tall.
Very good condition for age and era.
