Description
A vintage nicely simplified carved penguin sculpture, leaning forward, walking.
He has been hand carved from solid wood – something like a cherry or teak, a warm hardwood.
Possibly Scandinavian origin, nicely made in a mid century modernist/minimal style.
Of some vintage. Unknown maker/artist. Unsigned.
Very nice, would befit from a re-oil/sand to show off the grain a bit more.
I’ve left it natural. It has a nice smooth natural oil finish.
Good condition.

A large 20cm long x 15cm tall.
Being a solid hardwood it has some weight to it, roughly 700g.
