Description
A Whitefriars art glass vase, model number 9859.
It was in the last Whitefriars catalogue from 1980 so from around this year.
It’s ‘Gold FLC’ so full lead crystal content glass.
Handmade, mouth blown, this is the 6.5 inch version of the lobed design.
16.8cm tall x 9cm wide x 7cm rim.
Very good with no chips.
One inclusion in the glass at the rim (see pics), and some natural tiny bubbles.
And some slight dirt or marks inside at the bottom.
Heavy for its size being crystal.
Typical WF base/pontil with some signs of age.
