A vintage unusual ornamental bowl, in the style of Laurids Lonborg, Denmark.

Matt black metal wires and shapes form the outlines to a boat, on a stand, with a oriental style lady rowing.

The boat has been basket-woven with a cane, to form a bowl.

I’d guess at 1980s vintage.

Very good, good blacks and wooden colours, no fading.
