Description
A pair of beautiful tactile Swedish Kosta Boda Snowballs – Scandinavian candle holders / table centre pieces.
One is the ‘medium’ size, and one the ‘small’ size.
I believe they’re 24% lead crystal.
The larger one is vintage, likely circa 1980-1990s.
The smaller is etch signed to base, so a bit newer.
Both in good condition with no noticable flaws.
The larger one has a baseline nibble, shown.
These are all different, so there are differing moulding marks, lines, bubbles and icy undulations.
They have lots of ripples, lines and undulations to the clear bright crystal glass.
Medium: apx 8cm high x 9cm wide – so the middle size available.
Small: 6.5cm high x 7.5cm wide.
Heavy moulded crystal glass, weigh a hefty 1.2kg together.
Suitable for both a tealight candle and a small pillar candle (holes are apx 4cm wide).
