Description

A striking art glass sommerso bowl from Murano, Italy.

The design is attributed to Cristallo Venezia CCC and is circa 1960s-1970s vintage.

Handmade – mouth blown.

Lovely rich royal blue colour, cased in peach glass at the base and clearer glass at the tips.

It has six pulls and outer ribs, two pulls have been folded in making it rectangular.

Perfect for a table centrepiece. It’s mouth blown and handmade in Italy.

Would have been a fancy ashtray bowl back in the day – this is unused.

23cm long x 8cm tall x 16cm deep.

Flat polished star-shaped base with a few small signs of age.
