Description
A set of three smoke (retro greeny/grey) vintage ‘cocktail’ glasses in the ‘Canada’ design by Per Lutken for Holmegaard, Denmark.
The design dates from 1955, and they were in production until 1990.
These could date from any time from the 1950s to 1980s, but most likely to be 60s/70s vintage.
‘Canada’ is a Danish Modern classic design.
The smoke version of Canada is often referred to as Scanada because the original boxes used S for smoke as a prefix before ‘Canada’.
Three of these are the 10cm size Canada glasses – the ‘9cm cocktail glas’.
They would hold a double shot or a mixed drink or a small stronger wine etc.
Along with the 9cm slim 8cm tall ‘snapsglas’.
Perfect for smaller single shots.

Being handmade they vary very slightly, see photos.
Larger glasses are excellent usable examples – great to add to a set.
Little one is also very good.
