Description
A fab vintage ‘lens’ glass vase.
It’s Czech/Bohemian and made by Borske Sklo in the late 1960s/1970s or so.
It’s a retro golden amber colour, with diamond criss-crossed optical lens patterns.
The lenses create a lovely optical effect.
It’s mould blown and has the correct moulded base.
Very good vintage condition.
As with many of these, the top rim is very fragile and susceptible – this flat polished rim is very good, see photos.
Not many signs of its age and era.
No water marks.
Nery nice displayable example.
It’s a useful small to medium sized – 15cm x 10.5cm widest.
The rim is 7.5cm wide.
(Photos taken on a dull day, sorry).
