A super ceramic brooch, hand painted and signed by the artist.
Likely 1990s vintage and it looks to me to be middle eastern or asian origin with the stylised drawing.
The picture depicts a female’s portrait with some pretty headwear.
Painted in browns, golds, with black and white, then glazed over.
The white base that shows through has deliberate crazing.
The piece is signed, something like ‘Milo’ or ‘Wils’.
Tuck under pin to the back.
52mm wide ceramic disc.
