A super post-modernist art pottery vase by Chiminazzo, Italy.
Circa 1980s vintage it’s a large statement piece.
Pale matt clay finish with sgraffitio patterns to the top 2/3 and mosaic like glossy dots/panels to the lower part.
Slightly different each side.
A tall wide but narrow ornament, slightly tapering in.
Cream, with glazes in all shades of blue and green, all random dots.
Moulded and hand finished/painted.
Stamped to base.
Large – 26cm tall x 17cm wide x 6.5cm deep.
A narrow rectangle block shape.
Very good displayable condition with no chips.
Clean and bright with little age to it.
