Description
A 1970s vintage signed David Sharp lamp base.
Handmade studio pottery base, from Rye, Sussex.
Shades of warm brown, glossy with dark matt stripes formed using wax resist.
Top brass screw top fitting (I’ve not tried to remove it).
Hole to base for exit cord. No fittings or wiring included.
Hand signed to base.
About 19cm tall x 10cm widest.
Very good with no visible chips or cracks.
Some blobs of glossy white glaze.
