Description
A super nibbles and dip serving tray/platter.
Circa 1970s vintage.
The central glass bowl is by Arcopal, France, so we’re safe to assume this is French.
The round wooden shape is curvy and beautifully carved and polished.
The wood is a warm medium tone hardwood, like a teak or oak.
It holds an Arcopal smoky glass shallow ripple rim bowl, designed for dips or sauces.
I can see it holding carrot and celery sticks with humous to the centre – etc.
25cm wide. Glass bowl is 10.5 x 2.5cm.
Protective felt base.
Looks to be unused.
Some outer marks from being stored.
