A lovely iittala Finland art glass candle holder with inner black mesh cradle.
Designed by Mikko Karppinen in 1986 (produced through to 1995) for Iittala, Finland, this unusual tealight candle holder is from the Light range, model number 2669.
Opal white art glass, cased in clear with cylinder foot and bulbous hooped upper.
It has a removable black metal inner cradle/mesh for your tealight (or similar) candle.
Very mid century inspired.

It’s 11.5cm tall x 11.5cm wide.
Inner well holds a candle up to 4.5cm wide, perfect for a tealight candle.
Gives off a lovely patterned glow when alight.
