Description
A pair of Jorgen Jensen Danish earrings, screw backs for all ears.
Dating from about the late 1960s, they are handmade pewter and feature black enamel that has been carefully scratched into to form geometric diamond shapes and lines.
Rectangular oval drops 32mm long.
With upper clasps they would descend about 4.5cm.
Dainty pretty screw mechanisms, work well, I don’t know if they’re silver or steel.
Stamped to the backs ‘Pewter Handmade Denmark Jorgen Jensen 773′.
Good but worn – check photos.
Wearable and look good on.
Nice mid century modernist design.
