Very likely mid century due to the modernist straight-line design.
Matt black over metal.

Metal, blackened. I can’t tell if the base metal is steel, but it’s cast iron style.
19cm long x 26.5cm tall x 9.5cm wide base.
Used condition with marks from age and use.
Very much rustic, shabby chic.
No maker’s marks.
Circa 1970s.
