Description
A Finnish art glass vase by Riihimaki (Riihimaen Lasi), pattern number 1483 (tall version).
Designer unknown.
Circa late 1960s to 1970s vintage modernist.
Funky low bulge design with straight cylinder upper.
Mouth blown, olive or khaki green colour glass, cased in clear at the base.
25cm tall x 9.5cm bulge (7cm wide cylinder and rim).
Very good for age and era.
Some small surface marks in a small cluster but no rim chips, displays well and clean.
There’s a paler patch to the rim, near a stretched internal bubble.
