Description

A pair of vintage Finnish art glass vases by Riihimaki (Riihimaen Lasi).

We have pattern number 1581 (short version, designer unknown) and a Piippu (chimney) vase by Aimo Okkolin.

Circa late 1960s to 1970s vintage modernist.

Funky low and high bulge designs which compliment each other.

Mouth blown, olive or khaki green colour glass, cased in clear at the bases.

Both 18cm tall x 10cm widest to the Piippu and 9cm wide 1581.

Very good for age and era.

Some small surface marks to the lower part of the Piippu.

Both display very well and are clean with good rims.

Both have age to the base.
