Description
A lovely art glass ashtray bowl. Vintage Romanian, circa 1960s or 1970s era (many of these are misdescribed as Murano).
Triangular flatter shape with three equal inner wells, each with a deep red coloured outline. The glass is a smoky grey, see pics. Handmade / mouth blown. A bit space age/alien feel.
15cm wide x 5.5cm tall. Flat polished base shows the few signs of age you’d expect for vintage glass.
Good used condition, see pics.
Some surface marks to the uppers.
One chip to the baseline.
But displays well.
A nice simple piece of mid century art glass, perfect for a sideboard or coffee table.
