The design is by Steel Life, Finland, and is likely to be 1970s-1980s as it’s very much in that style, but it may be a more recent piece in a retro style. I can’t find anything specific with regards to the designer and the name of the design. It’s 18/10 quality steel, with a mass of very fine concentric engraved lines to the wide flat rim – see photos. Stamped with the logos to the dish.

Has marks to the steel.
Round: 6 inch diameter x 1cm tall. Inner flat area is 10cm wide. It’s the perfect size for a wine bottle, as well as jewellery or trinkets or money or a candle, etc.
