Description
A Whitefriars large and heavy art glass vase, model number 9653 dating from the mid 1960s.
It’s in Indigo blue, cased in clear at the base.
It’s an ovoid rounded shape with rounded rim.
Handmade – mouth blown – with typical Whitefriars pontil base.
9.5 inches tall x 10.5cm wide x 8cm deep.
Used condition.
No chips, but it has multiple small scratches to the bottom third.
Some marks inside which I’ll try to clean, but hard to see due to the lovely deep Indigo (midnight blue) colour.
