A lovely vintage West German ceramic/pottery art vase, from the 1960s/1970s era…
It’s by Ilkra Keramik I believe.
It is model no 2028/15.. 15 denoting 15cm tall (well, almost 16).
The pattern is hippy/boho squiggly 3d patterns, brushed over with ochre yellow, brown and beige glazes.
It’s predominantly beige and would suit a retro neutral interior.
15.8cm x 9cm wide, a curvy shape – typically West German.
Brown and glossy inside.
Model number to base.
Ornamental handle, would fit a few flower stems if used as a vase.
Very good condition.
The rim and baseline have a wonky areas that were glazed over at the time, see pics.
