It’s a small moulded hollow (red clay/pottery) figure with their distinctive daisy flower motif to the back.

Dark olive/sage green (virtually black) with a blue grey speckled daisy motif… the classic ‘Petal on Sage’ colourway.
Beautiful smooth glossy glaze, typically 1970s retro.
No maker’s marks.
Small, 9cm tall x 7cm wide.
Very good condition on display. No chips. Good glaze.
It has invisible very fine hairlines cracks to his back which you can just see on the third photo.
