A Vintage Oak handheld (two handed, rear view) barbers/hairdressers mirror with bevelled glass made by T J Lawrence & Son of London, England.
Circa 1920s-1940s, although it looks mid century modern. Handmade by T J Lawrence & Son of London, England. Oak (dark reddy hardwood like teak) surround with bevelled glass inset in. 16″ x 8″ (glass is 25 x 17cm), sits flat and would look great up on the wall (of a hairdressers or barbers).
Good vintage condition. Marks to the wood, mostly to the back, and minimal signs of age to the vintage glass. The maker’s mark is worn off. I’ve not treated the wood, would oil up better. Some natural wear to the edges.
