Description
A set of four (new and sealed, vintage) coaster or ashtray set by W&S Blackinton.
The set has silverplated rims and formed crystal content glass bottoms, with starburst design.
1950s style but more likely 1970s.
The four coasters are stamped ‘Spain’.
The selophane seal has been broken so the silverplate has tarnished.
They will need cleaning and polishing up when you break the seal.
But obviously all unused, mounted in polystyrene.
Each is 9.5cm wide x I don’t know how deep.
Flat inner areas is about 7 cm, ideal for a foot of a glass of wine.
Some wear and age to the packaging.
