Description
A super retro 1950-1960s black stylised elephant money box.
Large head with exaggerated face and ears, and small behind and legs.
I’ve not been able to ID it.
Very good condition for age with no chips or crazing.
Black and red glossy glaze, with white hand painted lines.
Stopper to base, money slot to top.
Some small surface marks but no chips.
A small patch of black touched up glaze.
11.5cm tall x 10cm long x 12.5cm wide – a good size.
Lovely elephant sculpture, ideal for a retro styled black and white household!
