Description
A vintage 1960s 6″ art glass vase – the 9538 in Arctic Blue by Whitefriars Glass, England.
The bulbous oval shape is bottom heavy with flat polished rim and base.
The arctic blue was apx 1959-1971 so of this mid century 1960s era.
The blue is a grey dusky blue.
Lovely simple modernist shape.
15.3cm x 8.5cm widest x 6cm rim.
Very good vintage condition.
Very good rim and base.
Some natural tiny bubbles from being mouth blown.
Some internal tiny spots of inclusions.
A couple of small scratches.
