Description
A mid century style minimalist flat-back bird-shaped wall hanging.
It’s hollow moulded ceramic (red clay) which has been painted so it’s wood effect.
He has a flat base but won’t stand up independently – needs to be hung up.
Two different sets of wall hanging holes to the back.
Probably contemporary but in a mid century retro style – like a modernist carved teak bird.
No maker’s marks, and no ageing to the back.
23cm wide x 22cm tall x 4cm deep.
Used but very good, looks good.
One small chip to the upper end of the tail.
Some small marks and manufacturing imperfections.
