A simple vintage/retro studio pottery vase from 1965.
It’s a pale clay/pottery/stoneware vase, thrown on a wheel and handmade.
Rounded curvy simple body.
Incised signature and pottery names to the base ‘CWB’ and ‘SP’ – SP is likely a pottery.
I’ve not been able to identify either.
Muted blue green glaze with mottles and spotting.
15.6cm tall x 10.5cm wide, 7cm inner neck.
Very good with no chips. A rim graze, shown.
A lovely little simple 1965 display piece.
