A nice retro medium storage jar by Portmeirion, Stoke on Trent, England.
Probably 1960s.
Design is by Susan Williams-Ellis.
Pottery/ceramic cylinder shaped pot with wooden lid.
White glaze with black graphic Greek Key pattern.
Good vintage condition with some slight ageing.
Fine crazing on close inspection.
No chips.
Original seal on lid is intact but doesn’t seal.
Some age to the wood.
13.5cm tall (with lid on), 9cm diameter.
