An unusual small art pottery bowl by David T Sharp at Rye Pottery, Rye, Sussex.

Handmade, thrown on a wheel, and hand decorated.
Circa 1970s vintage.
There’s a teal blue star or flower to the inner, along with splashes of glossy colour.
To the outer shell, it’s a matt mossy green sandy textured glaze.
White clay base.
Hand signed by pen to the base.
Very good with no chips.
There’s a natural firing crack to the base in and out from at the time.
Some natural deliberate glaze imperfections by the artist/firing.
Best just used for display.

11cm widest x 3.5cm tall.
Like a small nibbles bowl size.
