A power-dressed man and woman pair of busts from the 1980s…
The ceramic sculptures/figures depict a man in his suit and tie and a woman in an off the shoulder slinky dress.
They’re both super glossy black and are circa mid 1980s vintage.
Exaggerated features such as wide shoulders, slim waists, slicked back hair, he’s angular, she’s curvy.
Very much copying Lindsey B Balkweill.

A good sized pair of home decor busts – just under 11 inches tall each.
15cm and 13cm wide x 6cm and 7cm deep – perfect for a narrow shelf.
Hollow white ceramic, glazed black.
Both very good with no chips.
The woman has a tiny dot of white missing to her rear.
He has a slightly lighter grey black to the top of his tie.
They display really well and are a great couple – perfect for post modernist 1980s styled home decor / a TV set.
