Description

A fab retro Peat (smoky brown) small wine glass, designed by Colin Terris in the 1960s/1970s for Caithness, Scotland.
From the Canisbay range.

Colin was heavily influenced by Scandinavian design, and this series colouring is influenced by the Scottish landscape – this colour is Peat.
I’m pretty sure it’s model no 4060/WI (wine).

Chunky quality item in very good condition.
A tiny scratch (which I couldn’t then find), but very good.
Wobbles to the rim from being handmade/mouth blown – very good rim with no fleabites.

13.5cm (5.5″) tall with a solid glass base.
Apx 160ml, so ideal for a 125ml measure of wine.
Weighty!
