A super ceramic/porcelain footed mug…
The design is Corsica, as originally designed by Turi Gramstad Oliver for Figgjo Flint, Norway.
These mugs were made for export and many were sold through Arnart, 5th Avenue (and are stamped as such).
The image is signed ‘Maria’ which I assume is the name of the design using/adapting Turi’s design.
Unknown maker, probably made in Norway for the UK and USA.
Vintage, probably 1980s and in a mid century Scandi/Nordic style.
This one is purple and olive green and footed – more to collect.
12.5cm tall.
Normal mug capacity.
Very good.
