Description
An original retro Crayonne record storage system.
Crayonne was Sir Terence Conran’s branded simple and stylish designer everyday moulded hard plastic items for Habitat stores in the 1970s to 1980s (ish).
I reckon this is 1980s – a later colour way.
A lovely rigid plastic glossy deep brick-red unit.
A lovely rigid plastic glossy deep brick-red unit.
Quarter circle shape with two sub-dividers internally, creating three zones… striking smart design!
The red is a browny red – brick or terracotta red.
Untested, but I reckon it would hold about 30 vinyls.
Would also hold 7″ singles (or magazines) perfectly.
These units look stunning fitted back to back together, forming a semicircle shape.
Very good condition for the age with a few small marks.
