It’s the Midwinter Stonehenge shape.
The design was by Eve Midwinter from the early 1970s, so circa 1970s vintage.
Very retro design and a design classic.
Simple shape with distinctive round handle, hardwearing off-white glazed earthenware ceramic with distinctive brown flecks and iron oxide rim.
Base stamp is impressed.
It’s the smallest plain 3″ or 200ml max jug.
7.3cm tall to the rim, 8.3cm to top of the handle x 8cm diameter base.
Very good condition with with no signs of previous use, no chips, fully functional.
