Description
A vintage Murano art glass bowl/ashtray/dish.
Circa 1950s-1960s vintage, mid century era.
It’s in an oval shape with two folds inwards (would have been a fancy ashtray back in the day).
The amber (straw yellow) inner is cased in clear.
Towards the base it has outer criss cross lobes/folds.
Flat polished base with hardly any signs of its era.
It’s a nice piece in very good condition.
No real signs of its age.
Handmade/mouth blown in Italy.
It has some internal tiny bubbles from manufacture.
A good sized 16.5cm x 13cm x 7cm.
Chunky thick art glass.
Perfect for display, and a gift, and a splash of colour!
