Description
A vintage Murano art glass bowl/ashtray/dish.
Circa 1960s-1980s vintage, simple mid century modernist styling.
Royal blue inner layer, cased in a vibrant cyan/turquoise blue.
It’s in a rounded triangular shape with thick rounded glass (would have been a fancy ashtray back in the day).
Wide softened flat rim, bit more softened than a geode shape.
Flat polished base.
It’s a nice piece in good condition.
Nicely made (freeform and handmade/mouth blown).
It’s not been used as an ashtray, clean inside.
A good bit of chunky coloured vintage glass.
One tiny external mark and a fine external scratch, shown.
Just under 11 x 11 x 5.5cm.
