A beautiful round Mid-century style tealight candle holder, handmade by Muurlanlasi oy, Muurla, Finland.

1970s to 1980s vintage.

Designed by Simo Tavasti, I believe.

The clear round snowflake shape has five internal parts, of which there are five round indents for a tealight candle – see photos.

There’s an undulating folded rim, smooth uppers, and ice textured underneath…

Typical Scandinavian textured shaped moulded crystal-content glass, handmade in Finland.

Clear bright crystal content weighty glass.

Any lines, folds and bubbles are deliberate and part of the Nordic design.

Very good condition.

Some tiny red dots to the upper.

23.5cm wide x 3cm tall.

Each indented holder is about 4cm wide.

Perfect for a table centre and a great gift idea.
