A bit of an unknown – this penguin is the mascot of Original Penguin clothing by Munsingware, USA.
The brand started in the 1950s and this is their mascot Pete the Penguin which is featured on most items still today.
A 14.5cm tall blue rubber 3D logo.
Maybe he’s a printing stamp, maybe he’s a collectable mascot.
This is probably vintage.

Good used condition with signs of age and some dirt.
