Description
A super art glass good-sized crystal shallow bowl, probably 1970s Swedish.
The design is modernist and typical of 1970s designs from Scandinavia.
I can’t find info on the exact age/design name/maker, please let me know if you can ID it.
It’s clear and bright crystal. Thick, mouth blown, handmade using a mould.
Externally it has a geometric simple leaf motif to the base with icy textured surround.
Flat wide rim and round inner.
Has a lovely crystal ring to it!
7″ wide x 5cm tall – a round shallow bowl or dish with flat rim and curved base.
Very good for the age and era.
No signs of use.
On very close inspection is has a few tiny bubbles and an inclusion.
Weighs a chunky 1.52kg… an ornamental decorative Scandi designer bowl.
