Description
An original vintage 1960s art glass vase, designed by Frank Thrower and hand made for Dartington, Devon, England.
The design originated in 1968 and is FT59 ‘Daisy Chain’.
It’s the smaller 12cm version of the design and is in ‘Midnight Grey’.
It has its original red sticker dating it to early 1970s and meaning ‘first quality’.
This is 12cm tall x 5.5cm x 5.5cm.
4.3cm wide outer rim. Rim is round and flat polished.
Good vintage/used condition.
Very slight water staining.
And one slither shell chip to the top right of the front face, see pics, quite hard to see.
