Description
A vintage Murano art glass bowl/ashtray/dish.
Circa 1960s-1970s vintage, mid century.
It’s in a rounded square shape with four folds inwards (would have been a fancy ashtray back in the day).
The red inner is lightly cased in clear, with rows of tiny controlled bubbles all round.
The glass isn’t too thick or heavy.
Polished pontil base.
It’s in good condition for age.
Handmade/mouth blown in Italy.
Some small signs of age if you look closely, mostly to the rim line.
9.5cm x 10cm x 4.5cm.
There may be tooling marks from being handmade.
Perfect for use and a splash of colour!
