I believe this is a vintage Pukeberg small art glass ring-shaped candle holder.

Circa 1970s/1980s, Swedish.
Nice low-level moulded crystal/glass circular piece, with four round areas with holes for slim tapered candles (holes are 1.1cm wide).
Smooth upper surfaces.
Some natural bubbles and lines/seams and inclusions from time of manufacture.
(One large bubble shown).
A smaller version of the handmade design: 12cm x 12cm x 2.5cm.
Very good condition for age.
