Description
A mid century art glass decorative bowl.
Very much like Whitefriars in feel and colour and pontil, but I can’t find it in a catalogue.

Ruby red glass.
Circa mid century 1960s vintage.
I’m assuming it’s mid century due to the styling and workmanship.
Nice polished pontil.
Mouth blown / handmade.
Very good with no chips and no marks internally.
Rim and base are very good.
A couple of tiny bubbles within.
23cm widest, 21cm rim, 8.5cm tall.
A large shallow fruit bowl size.
1.35kg.
Displays really well. Great colour. No real signs of age.
