Description
A super art glass large crystal shallow bowl, designed by Folke Walving for Maleras (Sweden).
The design is 1960s or so, so of this mid century era (I can’t find info on the exact age/design name).
It’s hand signed to the base ‘Maleras FW Sweden’.
It’s clear and bright crystal.
Externally it has a series of zig zag (diamond shaped) and linear geometric cuts, fading down.
9″ wide x 6cm tall – a round shallow bowl or dish with flat rim and flat base.
Excellent for the age and era.
No signs of internal use.
On very close inspection is has a few tiny external nibbles (very tiny).
Weighs a very chunky 1.95kg… a large ornamental decorative and signed designer bowl.
