A vintage food warming stand by Brabantia, Holland.
Circa 1970s – see photos of box.
Satin black coated metal, plain and simple.
Integrated handles to each end.
Removable shiny chrome grid upper surface.
Inside there are two food warming tealight-type candles – a clever knob front and back allows an internal cap to move within, over or away from the candle. See photos.
Original box (tatty).
Stand is a good sized long and low 34cm long x 15.5cm wide x 6.5cm tall.
Would hold two items to keep them warm.
Very good condition, looks to have only been used once.
There are tiny areas of loss of paint where the chrome sits.
Chrome upper is lovely and silvery and reflective with just one square of patina.
Complete and fully functional and clean and a great example.
