A super art pottery bull figure by David Sharp, Rye, Sussex.

Moulded/cast hollow ceramic/pottery with white glaze and hand painted dusky blue symmetrical patterns, inspired by flowers/nature.
Circa mid 1960s to mid 1970s mid century.
Stylised, modernist, simplified.

He’s 22cm long and has a base stamp that reads ‘Made in England, David Sharp, Rye’.
13.5cm tall.

Very good smooth glaze with no chips.
A small flaw to the baseline near the stamp, see pics.
